Life Sciences
The workhorse chemistry for biopharma process cleaning. Indicated for most organics, biomass, proteins, nucleotides; most oral solid APIs and excipients; most oral liquid and topical liquids, creams and ointments.
Primarily used to remove oxides, scales and salts to restore and passivate stainless steel. Indicated for organic bases such as miconazole nitrate, and some oral solids and antacid materials.
These contain higher proportions of surfactants, emulsifiers, dispersants and can be used as stand-alone cleaning agents or as boosters combined with alkaline detergents to better emulsify lipids, oils, waxes
Neutral pH, High Foaming Detergent Additive
Neutral pH, Low Foaming Detergent Additive
Used stand-alone as final sanitizer step to deactivate bacteria and virus and breakdown organic residues. Also used as booster with alkaline detergent to improve biofilm removal; removal and dispersion of insoluble particulate; and to remove heat denatured, “burned on” residue.
